The ODR platform provides a single access point for EU consumers and traders who wish to resolve contractual disputes online, without going to court.

To initiate a procedure on the ODR platform, you will need our email address: contact@liniadirecta.ro.

6. Court-based dispute resolution

If none of the alternative channels above leads to a satisfactory resolution, you may address the competent courts of Romania, in accordance with applicable law.
