AI processing, in the EU
Transcription, the language model and voice synthesis (the components that process conversation content) run exclusively on European Union infrastructure. So do telephony and the database.
Ephemeral audio
The caller's voice is processed in real time and is never stored outside the EU. No hidden copies, no exceptions.
GDPR compliance, documented
Clear legal bases, limited retention periods and sub-processors documented in the DPA. Data-subject rights fully respected.

Why it matters
Many solutions send the conversation's voice or text to language models or voice-synthesis services hosted in the US (OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs), often without declaring the transfer. For your customers' personal data, an undeclared transfer outside the EU can be a compliance risk and a reason for rejection at audit.
Full transparency, under contract
We publicly list our sub-processor categories. On signing, you receive the full list of named sub-processors, each one's role, and their data processing agreements.
Frequently asked questions
Does my customers' data reach the US?
The AI processing of conversations (transcription, understanding and voice synthesis) happens exclusively on European Union infrastructure. Where a provider is a US entity, the potential transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures, documented in the DPA.
Are calls recorded?
Callers are informed at the start of every call. Voice is processed in real time and is not stored by default. Audio recording exists only if the business explicitly enables the dedicated feature (coming soon), and storage then happens exclusively in the EU.
Does the virtual assistant learn from my customers' conversations?
No. The language model neither retains nor uses conversations for training.
