How does the assistant sound?

It sounds natural, with realistic pauses and Romanian intonation. It doesn't sound robotic: we use text-to-speech models optimized for Romanian and render pronunciation with accurate diacritics. On shorter calls, many clients don't realize they're speaking with a virtual assistant.

What does it understand, and what doesn't it?

It understands natural conversations: appointments, questions about services, prices, availability, hours, address. If a client says something unclear or out of scope, the assistant asks once for clarification; if that doesn't work, it transfers the call or takes their details and we notify you. It does not improvise answers on topics it wasn't trained for.

What happens to calls after they end?

Every call lands in your dashboard with full transcript, a short summary, and outcome (appointment booked, transferred, quote requested). You receive a daily email summary. Appointments are created automatically in Google Calendar if you've connected your calendar.

What does it do if the client asks to speak with a human?

Accepted Answer

It transfers the call instantly to the number you set. If you don't pick up, the assistant takes a message and notifies you. This is explicit by design: on request, the call moves to a human. We never keep clients trapped in automation.

Do callers realize they're talking to a virtual assistant?

Accepted Answer

The assistant says it's virtual right at the start: it's part of the greeting. It speaks naturally, with real intonation, and on short calls many callers don't even notice. We don't hide it: it's a legal requirement, and in practice callers appreciate getting an instant answer at any hour.

Is it one of those keypad-menu phone robots?

No. It’s not a classic IVR with "press 1 for...". It has a real conversation: the caller says what they need in their own words, and the assistant understands and responds. If the caller asks for a person, it transfers to a human right away.

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

A few minutes in the dashboard wizard. You choose your industry (auto service, salon, hotel, etc.), voice, business hours, the services you offer, and the number where you want calls transferred. After signup you receive the assigned phone number and the assistant is live.

Can I customize the voice and prompt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You pick from a list of voices (male/female, different tones), edit the greeting message, and add specific vocabulary (services, names, policies). Everything is editable from the dashboard: no technical support needed for customizations.

Does it integrate with Google Calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes, natively. You connect your calendar from the dashboard via Google OAuth, and the assistant sees available slots and creates events automatically: client name, phone, request context. If you don't use Google Calendar, we email you the details after each call.

Can I transfer the call to a human operator?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you configure a transfer number in the dashboard. The assistant transfers automatically in situations you define (explicit request, out-of-scope call, upset client). The transfer happens instantly, without dropping the call.

7 days free from the moment you activate your first assistant, with up to 30 minutes of real call usage included. We don't ask for a card at signup. At the end, pick a plan and continue, or leave with no strings attached.

Two self-serve plans with monthly billing: Starter (€39/month: 100 minutes included, 1 virtual assistant) and Professional (€79/month: 300 minutes included, 3 virtual assistants, priority support). Both plans include every feature: Google Calendar bookings and conversations in Romanian, English, Italian or Hungarian. What is overage and how is it calculated?

Overage is the minutes you use beyond the minutes included in your plan in a given month. We invoice the difference at the end of the billing cycle at your plan's rate: €0.49/min Starter, €0.39/min Professional, €0.29/min Outbound. You can see exact usage anytime in your dashboard.

How do I cancel the subscription and what happens to my data?

From the dashboard → Account → "Cancel subscription" button. The service continues until the end of the paid cycle, then stops. We don't charge you anything more. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation, then it's deleted permanently. No cancellation fees.

What currency do you charge in and how do I get the invoice?

We charge in euros (EUR). The invoice arrives by email after each payment, with your complete billing details (company, freelancer, or individual). We accept EU-issued cards with 3D Secure.

Where is my data and my clients' data stored?

Accepted Answer

Exclusively on infrastructure in the European Union. Calls (voice + transcript), the database, and every service we use run on European providers. Where a provider is a US entity, any potential transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures, in compliance with GDPR.

How long do you keep calls and transcripts?

Call transcripts are kept for 12 months for history and dispute resolution, then anonymized automatically. Audio recordings exist only if you enable the dedicated feature (coming soon). Call summaries, appointment details, and contacts remain in your account while it's active. You can request full deletion at any time.

What does the assistant say about recording at the start of the call?

At the start of every call, the assistant announces that it is a virtual assistant and that the call is being recorded. Full transparency, in line with regulations: it's part of the mandatory disclaimer, and callers know exactly who they're speaking with.

Question 19

Is it legal to record customer calls?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you inform the caller, and the assistant does that automatically at the start of every call ("recorded line"). Recording is optional (dedicated feature, coming soon), stored exclusively in the EU, and kept for 12 months. It is fully aligned with GDPR.

How do I contact you if I have a problem?

What happens if something breaks?

Accepted Answer

We monitor the system continuously and receive automatic alerts on anomalies. If you notice something unusual first (a call that wasn't answered, a wrong detail in the dashboard), write to us directly. We intervene quickly, transparently, no bureaucracy.
